We are looking for a proactive Remote Marketing Partner to join our team. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs. You will be responsible for executing multi-channel campaigns, managing our online communities, and contributing fresh ideas to our marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in retail marketing and is ready to start immediately.
Role Overview
Hours: 20 hours per week.
Schedule: Coverage during Sydney business hours (between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM PHT).
Type: Remote / Part-time (Potential for Full-Time).
Start Date: ASAP.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Implement and monitor marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive brand awareness and sales.
Social Media & Community Management: Manage daily social media operations, engage with our community, and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
Email Marketing: Utilize Klaviyo to build, segment, and deploy email flows and newsletters.
Strategy & Ideation: Regularly pitch creative marketing ideas and improvements to current processes.
Retail Support: Apply retail industry knowledge to optimize product positioning and promotional efforts.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically within the retail sector.
Tools: Proficient in Klaviyo and standard social media management platforms.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for community engagement and internal collaboration.
Mindset: A self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Technical Requirements
As this is a remote position, you must have your own reliable equipment and a stable internet connection.
Processor: Intel Core i5 or higher (or equivalent).
Setup: Must have a dedicated workspace conducive to productivity during Sydney business hours.
