Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 2026

Our commitment

Virtuali is committed to making our website accessible and usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that access to clear information should not depend on a person's abilities or the tools they use to browse the web.

What we are doing

We are actively working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments.

Our current efforts include maintaining sufficient colour contrast across our pages, writing descriptive text for images and visual elements, structuring our content with clear headings so it is easy to navigate, and ensuring our contact forms are clearly labelled and functional with keyboard navigation.

Known limitations

We are a growing business and our website is continuously being developed. Some content or features may not yet fully meet accessibility standards. We are aware of this and treat it as an ongoing commitment, not a checkbox.

Third-party content

Some elements of our website are powered by third-party platforms, including our booking system and contact forms. While we work with providers who take accessibility seriously, we cannot guarantee full compliance on their end. We are happy to assist you directly if any third-party feature creates a barrier for you.

How to reach us

If you experience any difficulty accessing content on our website, or if you would like to request information in an alternative format, please contact us. We take all feedback seriously and will do our best to respond within two business days.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. It helps us identify gaps we may have missed and improve the experience for everyone.
