You will be the first point of contact between Virtuali and the business owners who could become our clients. Your job is to start conversations, qualify interest, and book calls that are genuinely worth our consultants' time. This is not about hitting a quota of low-quality bookings. A booked call only counts when the prospect is a real fit and shows up ready to talk.
You will work independently, manage your own hours within agreed coverage windows, and own your pipeline from first touch to confirmed appointment.
What You Will Do
Reach out to prospective clients through outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, and direct messaging) using approved messaging and your own judgement
Qualify prospects against a clear set of criteria before booking, so our consultants speak only with the right people
Book and confirm discovery calls, then follow up to reduce no-shows
Keep accurate records of every conversation, status, and outcome in our CRM
Give honest feedback on which messages and segments are working, so the outreach keeps improving
Represent Virtuali in a way that matches our tone: warm, calm, professional, and never pushy
Who You Are
You have experience in appointment setting, sales development, or outbound outreach, ideally for a service or consulting business
Your written English is clear, natural, and professional. You can hold a conversation that builds trust rather than pressure
You are organised and self-directed. You do not need to be managed to stay on top of your pipeline
You understand that quality matters more than volume here, and you are comfortable being measured on conversions, not just activity
You are reliable with your hours and your follow-through
Experience selling to business owners in Australia, North America, or Europe is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing or B2B services.
Compensation
This role combines a stable base with uncapped, performance-based earnings. The more qualified calls you book and the more those calls convert, the more you earn.
Base: PHP 14,000 per month
Per qualified booked call: PHP 500.00
Blueprint Conversion bonus: USD 50
Managed Remote Partner Conversion bonus: USD 75
Fractional CMO retainer Conversion bonus: USD 150
A qualified booked call means the prospect meets our criteria and attends the call. Conversion bonuses are paid when a booked prospect becomes a paying client under the relevant service.
